Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Psychotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide counseling services to individuals dealing with various mental health issues, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques and interventions.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine clients' needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide psychotherapy to clients, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each client
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Utilize behavioral therapy techniques to address clients' needs
- Offer counseling services for individuals with chronic pain or developmental disabilities
- Collect data on treatment outcomes and progress

Qualifications:

- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- State licensure as a Psychotherapist
- Experience in behavioral health and therapy
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
- Ability to conduct group therapy sessions effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
