Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for an experienced CNC Machine Operator for a large manufacturing client located in Toledo, OH.
This position will manufacture parts per blueprint, or process instruction, ensuring all specifications are met. Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation (up to $18.
74 / hr) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts : 2nd Shift (3pm - 11pm) and 3rd Shift (11pm - 7am)
Responsibilities of the CNC Machine Operator :
- Translate the requirements of detailed part drawings into measurements for production
- Perform proper set-up and calibration procedures for all equipment and accessories to be used on projects
- Ensure that every machine procedure is done in accordance with the strict guidelines of the company
- Follow all company safety protocol
- Attend and actively participate in training classes and safety sessions
Preferred Qualifications of the CNC Machine Operator :
- 2 years' experience using production machinery
- Extensive knowledge of machine maintenance and operation required
- Must possess strong basic math skills
- Proven history of working with gauges and calipers
