Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist for a large, well-known client in Roseville , MI .

In this position, you will work in a fast-paced office environment. Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation $20-22 as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).

Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.

Available shift is 1st : 7 : 30a-4p.

Accounts Receivable Duties and Responsibilities :

• Communicate with sales representatives to gather billing information and follow up on billing and collection issues.
• Generate invoices.
• Responsible for collection calls on past due invoices.
• Research and follow up on all payment discrepancies.
• File paperwork in appropriate job folders.
• Close billed jobs in the job cost module and file in the closed job folders.
• Communicate unbilled jobs to management / sales.
• Provide back up for banking functions and cash receipt entry.

• High school diploma; associate degree or bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working in collections.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
• Solid time management skills; able to prioritize.
