Cardinal Staffing has a Kettle Room Operator position available in Ferndale, MI.

Pay : $14.25, then $15 once training is complete Shift once training is complete : 12pm-830pm Training on 1st and 3rd, then moving to 2nd shift.

You must have flexibility with shift during training. This is a position where you will be operating food production machines, processing hummus to get ready for production.

Job Duties : - Operate and monitor control room equipment and systems to ensure efficient and safe operation

• Monitor and control process variables such as temperature, pressure, flow rates, and levels
• Adjust process parameters as necessary to maintain optimal production conditions
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions in equipment or processes
• Coordinate with other operators and maintenance personnel to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate records of production data, equipment logs, and shift reports
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environmentRequirements : - Previous experience as a Control Room Operator or similar role preferred
• Knowledge of food production processes and equipment is a plus
• Basic math skills for calculating measurements and adjusting process variables
• Mechanical knowledge to perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance tasks
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and GMP practices- Perform repetitive task lifting up to 70 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
