Autumn House East is looking for a hardworking, experienced Maintenance person to add to our team! If you want to make a difference in someone else's life and enjoy taking care of and serving the elderly, please apply!
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous building maintenance experience required; the ideal candidate will have 2 years of building maintenance experience
- Previous experience with painting, patching, carpet cleaning, repairing, drywall, etc. is a must
- Some knowledge with HVAC is preferred
- Previous leadership experience a plus!
- Experience with electric is a plus
- Must be willing to be part of an on-call rotation
- Valid driver's license required
