Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need of personal care services. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with their daily activities and ensuring their overall well-being. This position requires experience in urgent care, infectious disease care, senior care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct personal care services to clients, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Administer medication as prescribed and assist with medical treatments as needed
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in client's condition
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care for clients
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records

Skills:
- Experience in urgent care, infectious disease care, senior care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to phlebotomize (draw blood) when necessary
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic medical record systems is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
