The Janitorial Maintenance opening is under the Maintenance and Service division of Cardinal Group Inc. This position’s primary focus is commercial cleaning and janitorial for Cardinal’s customer base in the Akron, OH and surrounding areas.

This Janitorial Worker may be responsible for perform the following job duties on a daily basis:

• Must be able to pass a background clearance screen
• The person will be responsible for floor work at customer location including; stripping, waxing, and commercial carpet cleaning.
• Must be knowledgeable of various commercial floor equipment .
• Commercial carpet cleaning knowledge.
• Operating standard floor scrubber and buffing machine.
• Other normal cleaning and maintenance duties
