A Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping all plant equipment operating and repairing any problems when they are discovered before they have a chance to get worse. A Maintenance Technician will usually be required to perform a wide range of repair tasks around the facility. Some of the other duties and responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician include:

· Essential job duties include day to day equipment maintenance including troubleshooting of mechanical & electrical systems and timely repair of those systems.

· Conduct root cause analysis to identify and solve problems associated with equipment downtime.

· Candidates will work with minimal supervision, need to be self-motivated, dependable, punctual, organized, and be in attendance for work duties. Employees must have good communication skills and be able to work well with others.

· Demonstrate strong ethical and judgment skills.

· Demonstrate ability to read electrical schematics, ability to use a digital multimeter.

· Regular Inspection of all electrical, mechanical & other equipment in the facility

· Coordinating with production and other departments for feedback on the functionality of the equipment.

· Reporting all defects and damages to the maintenance team lead

· Comply with all safety standards for industry and the facility.

· Maintaining all records of the repair and maintenance works conducted using WO system (PMware).

· Welding & Machining Skills a plus

· Salary: $19.00- $25.00 Dependent on Experience

Shift

3rd Shift- Monday- Friday 10:00pm – 6:30am.

PM Shift- 2 eight-hour days throughout the week plus Saturday and Sunday 6:00am- 6:30pm.

Qualifications
- Industrial mechanic experience
- Mechanical knowledge
- Electrical experience
- Proficiency in welding, including stick welding
- Ability to interpret and work with schematics
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in machining
- Familiarity with high voltage systems
- Previous experience in industrial maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems
