About us

Cardinal Engineering Associates, Inc. is an established consulting civil engineering firm located in Central Connecticut and celebrating its 62nd year in business. Our goal is to Provide Excellent Engineering Services to the CTDOT and Municipal clients throughout Connecticut.

Cardinal has several roadway and bridge construction projects starting in Spring of 2024 and is seeking Resident Engineers, Chief Inspectors and Construction Inspectors with the following qualifications:

Resident Engineers should have a B.S.C.E. with at least 5 years' experience in construction and a CT P.E. license or NICET IV.

The Chief Inspector should be a B.S.C.E. or NICET III or IV with 5 years' experience.

Construction Inspectors should preferably have a A.S.C.E., B.S.C.E. or NICET II certificate
