Cardinal Development Company is Hiring a Facility Manager - Extra Storage Irvine Near Irvine, CA

Extra Storage Irvine is looking to hire a Full-Time Site Manager for our facility located in Irvine. Currently, we are offering a Full Time position, at 40 - 48 hours per week.

Our prime candidate will be available from 7 AM - 7 PM daily. However, the shifts will be variable. Shifts are usually 8 hours and will typically fall within these hours.

We offer a competitive hourly wage plus other bonuses and benefits. All mileage driven to work sites will be reimbursed at the IRS rate.

We are looking for an effective communicator who takes pride in their work and works with integrity to do the best job they are capable of each and every day.

Applicants that are outgoing, self-starters, highly motivated, sales-savvy, and tech savvy are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Duties:

Our managers help with different components of the operation, including: leasing storage & parking, helping maintain the property, supervising on-site projects, communicating with home office team, and cultivating positive relationships with tenants and vendors.

Providing outstanding customer service including assessing and resolving customer problems and professionally handling telephone and walk-in inquiries

General management of a self-storage rental office including (but not limited to) opening and closing the office on time each day, keeping and balancing petty cash, making daily bank deposits and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed by the home office

Keeping the facility rented at optimum levels by effectively utilizing advertising, promotional and customer relation skills as approved by management

Maintaining all tenant documentation in a neat and orderly manner using company tools and methods

Controlling delinquencies through telephone, email contact and letters on a scheduled basis including sending out monthly invoices and legal notices

Cleaning empty space(s), hallways, and grounds as needed. Cleaning office and restrooms daily. Taking pride in the complete appearance of the property by making regular assessment of the conditions and working together to resolve maintenance and cleaning needs

Maintains a neat, clean, safe and secure facility including minor maintenance and daily lock checks as well as visual inspection daily

Assist in preparing units for auction, vacate as prescribed by law and according to company policies & procedures.

Effectively communicate with management and fellow associates
