Maintain a cohesive, highly trained and motivated staff, sufficient to meet needs of members.
Provide informed, professional and accurate service and support to all members and associates.
To complete performance reviews within the prescribed time frame.
Develop and maintain business partner relationships within the community and area schools by calling on potential SEG's and coordinating branch participation in community activities.
Meet or exceed the minimum of the established incentive goals each month and direct reports.
Develop recommendations for cost efficiencies and enhancements to products, pricing and processes by monitoring trends in operations and deposit services.
Promote a cross sales culture within the branch, both by example and training employees to identify opportunities.
Ensure all activities within the department are carried out within the prescribed time frames and with zero errors.

Knowledge and Skills:
Experience: 2 - 5 years of similar or related experience.
Education: A college degree
