Our company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our BRAND NEW property Pyland Ranch in San Marcos, Texas. An ideal candidate for this role has extensive knowledge in electrical, mechanical and piping systems and understands how to maintain the building structure as well as equipment. The successful candidate for this position will be well-versed in the skills needed to effectively run an efficient maintenance department and will have an eye for detail and an ability to work on their own effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain an up-to-date list of commonly used building supplies.
• Maintain an inventory of commonly used equipment and tools that is readily available to building occupants.
• Inspect buildings and report maintenance needs to supervisors on a regular basis.
• Keep abreast of new building codes and regulations.
• Perform daily maintenance tasks like sweeping, mopping, cleaning sinks and toilets, replacing light bulbs, clearing garbage, etc.
• Overseeing Techs, Porters, and Vendors to ensure all stay on target
• Must have computer knowledge. All daily work checklists are all mainstreamed and must be documented on an app.
• Must ensure we have all tools and equipment needed to run successfully.
• Must be able to communicate and coach your team on processes of completing tasks online.
• Experience with Onesite/Realpage strongly preferred.
• Must be HVAC/CPO Certified.
• Must have at least 2 years experience in the Multi-family, Maintenance Supervisor roll.
