Position Summary:

$1000 Bonus: $500 Stay bonus to be paid after 6 months of service and in good standing with our attendance policy. $500 more after 1 year of service and in good standing with our attendance policy.

This is an opportunity to work at Carboline’s state of the art manufacturing facility in Green Bay, WI. Carboline has been ranked a top workplace for seven years in a row, so culture and maintaining a safe and clean work environment is something we take very seriously.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing, filling, labeling, and boxing some of our most critical product lines.
• Maintain quality of Carboline products
• Will be responsible for completing First Piece Inspection Forms
• Counting finished goods
• Cleaning tanks/vessels after each batch
• Use of forklift as needed (This role does require passing forklift certification which we will administer upon hire.)
