GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Caravus is seeking a detail oriented and driven individual to join our dynamic team. In this role, the selected candidate will enter a 9-12 month training program at Caravus learning many facets of the business. Candidate will gain experience within our employer sponsored benefits market on our Analytics, Eligibility and Human Resource Technology teams.

ROLE DETAIL

• Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, Proficiency in Excel, Strong Analytical Skills
• Analyze and input carrier offerings into analytics program
• Filter carrier proposals for adequate plan alternatives
• Evaluate insurance products; assessing coverage, exclusions, limitations and pricing
• Attend ongoing carrier rep meetings and events
• Maintain carrier product collateral
• Compile and analyze claims data from various sources
• Manage underwriting process to result in final rate projections
• Analyze claims data to identify trends and strategies for risk mitigation
• Collaborate with Advisor to develop customized insurance solutions
• Maintain excellent communication with team and carrier partners for project completion
• Assist Advisors as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $47,000.00 per year
