This position is ideal for people who are natural caregivers, individuals who have a passion or interest in preschool teaching, teaching assistant, daycare, early childhood education, and care for individuals with special needs. No experience is required. We provide paid training, a friendly and supportive team environment, and an extensive career path with advancement opportunities including the opportunity to receive your Registered Behavior Technician certification.

What You’ll Do:

As a Behavior Technician, you will interact one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, from ages 2-14, in our high-quality children's therapy clinic. We utilize a results-oriented approach called Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA therapy), which involves observing how our clients react to their environment and how they respond to people around them. You will engage these special children in fun activities to help build their skills and social awareness and document their progress. All work is performed in our clinic, no travel required.
