Our Behavior Technicians make an incredible difference working with children on the autism spectrum. You'll start your day playing and encouraging little learners, while incorporating targets from their treatment plans. You’ll implement a variety of goals to increase desirable skills and decrease challenging behaviors. This position is ideal for individuals who are natural caregivers, have a passion or interest in preschool teaching, daycare, early childhood education, and care for individuals with special needs. This is a great role is also ideal for individuals who are looking to advance their careers in Psychology specialties such as occupational therapy, speech pathology, social work, mental health, special education, family studies and counseling.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field is preferred (but not required)
• Relevant experience working with children with special needs is preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a caregiver’s background check
