Chef responsibilities:
- Timeliness and Attendance - The kitchen will be your baby and our many clients depend on your delicious creations!
- Experience cooking in a commercial kitchen required
- Daily preparation of quiche, soups, salad, and setting the weekly menu
- Collaboration with the other staff members
- Organize and track specialty food and dessert orders
- Ability to read a recipe and use critical thinking skills to evaluate and solve problems should they arise in the kitchen
- Ability to work alone under limited supervision
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and all equipment
- Identifying and communicating needed products and ingredients
- Culinary school experience is a bonus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
