Summary:

The Tri-Axle Dump Truck Driver / Laborer is responsible for driving full dump truck loads of various types of material such as asphalt, concrete, gravel, loam, stone, sand etc. as needed. Drivers will also be responsible transporting equipment and various materials on trailers. Drivers are also responsible for laboring at the direction of the site foremen to execute daily operations. Must be physically fit, quick thinking, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment. Beyond driving, tasks include assisting with shoveling, raking, help setting pipes and structures, pouring concrete, masonry tasks, small carpentry tasks, and various other manual tasks. They will also be responsible for utilizing power tools and small equipment for the execution of work as needed. They must also ensure all tools, small equipment, and trucks are kept clean and always organized.

Type of Work:

Water, Sewer, Drain, Earthwork, Curb, Sidewalk, Grading, and other Site-work.

Reports To:

Foreman & Superintendent

Requirements:

• 3 years of relevant experience in the above-mentioned type of work.
• Minimum Class B Driver’s License (Class A Preferred)
• OSHA 10 Certification
• Valid U.S. Work Authorization
