We are seeking a dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and excellent communication skills to assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle to suit their needs.
Duties:
- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to understand their vehicle preferences and budget constraints.
- Provide information on available vehicles, including features, pricing, and financing options.
- Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle performance and features.
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer's driving experience.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive sales.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions.
- Proficiency in cold calling, outbound sales, and upselling techniques.
- Basic math skills for pricing negotiations and financial calculations.
- Knowledge of retail sales practices and customer service principles.
- Public speaking abilities to present information clearly and persuasively.
