We are looking to add a sales person to our team. We are a family owned and operated used car dealership in Tucson, Az. We have been in business since 1984, and stock over 120 quality used vehicles. This is a commission based position with bonuses based on performance.

Requirements : Valid Drivers licence, Sales experience, Speaks Spanish

Responsibilities
- Utilize dealership experience and public speaking skills to effectively engage with customers and provide exceptional retail sales and customer service in the automotive sales industry.
- Conduct outbound sales calls with professionalism and utilize strong communication skills and phone etiquette to support sales efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to assist in sales support activities and contribute to the overall sales pipeline.
- Demonstrate proficiency in negotiation techniques and upselling strategies to maximize sales opportunities and achieve high-end sales targets.
- Leverage bilingual proficiency in Spanish to cater to a diverse customer base and enhance sales interactions.
- Engage in cold calling activities to generate leads and contribute to marketing efforts aimed at increasing sales.
- Demonstrate organizational skills to manage sales tasks effectively and contribute to the success of the sales team.
- Possess a valid driver's license to facilitate travel for sales-related activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
