Job description

We are looking for a new member to join our team. Our company designs and produces products and apparel for the automotive and motorcycle aftermarkets sold under our brand, Lethal Threat. You would be interacting with our customers, via the phone, socal media and email. Majority of the job entails data entry and processing of orders. You would work in a relaxed environment, where you are treated with respect, your thoughts and opinons are valued and you have opportunities to grow within our company.

Primary Job Function:

As Data Entry Specialist and Customer Service. The majority of the job is data entry work, we do not receive a high volume of calls but you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service we are known for; answering phone calls, emails . Data entry consists of using the EDI system to receive orders from our big accounts, entering the orders, scheduale the shipment and invoice the order . Highly detailed oriented person, ability to concentrate, neat and organized, open to learning new things, a note taker, reliable and punctual: are all traits necessary for this position. Quick learner, note taker, detail oriented, a problem solver.

Responsibilities:

• Data Entry is the main part of the job.
• Receive incoming calls with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
• Address customer problems and requests using collaboration and teamwork
• Process online consumer orders, thru our online retail website
• Data entry of orders using QuickBooks and EDI Data Software - we can train you on EDI
• Enter data in our computer system and maintain records of orders, messages and other information
• Inventory control
• Emailing customers and following up with requests and responses
• Moniter and respond on our social media channels for consumer inquires.
• Processing credit card orders over the phone and assisting with walk-ins to our showroom
• Working alongside billing department to accept and post payments
• Available to work at our Yonkers location, Monday thru Friday

Skills:

• Knows all aspects of QuickBooks, from order input to inventory control.
• Skills working with major retailors as a vendor a major plus for this job.
• Attention to detail and highly organized individual
• People-person with high emotional intelligence
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple ongoing projects
• Retains information, great memory, forgetful types need not apply.
• Proficient in Quick Books, Excel and Microsoft Outlook, EDI systems a plus
• Achievement oriented
• Experience shipping domestic and international orders via UPS, USPS, FED EX
• Quick learner
• A note taker so can do the task once taught the information.
• Exceptional work ethic
• Good communicator
• Ability to work with others
• Bilingual a plus - Spanish
• Punctual and reliable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
