Car Keys Express is Hiring a Mobile Auto Body Paint Touch Up Technician Near Louisville, KY
- Maintain business relationships to increase our clients’ profits
- Maintain excellent customer relationships to ensure longevity of accounts/business
- Drive our company van to dealerships and fleet operations in your metro area
- Walk and write up car lots for customer approval
- Inspect vehicle body surface to be painted for touch up and repair
- Ability to identify colors using standard formulas or color charts
- Perform paint touch ups to current company standards using spray-painting equipment, power tools and work aids utilizing specific surface preparation and painting techniques
- Work with accounts/or sales managers on a regular basis to increase quality of service to account
- Service retail customers when necessary
- This role will report to assigned routes and establish accounts daily to service all repairs in a timely manner
- Minimum of 1 year of automotive paint experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 21 years of age with a valid Driver’s license
- Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Sales and customer service experience
- Determination to succeed
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- General computer skills
- Some experience with route sales preferred
- Work in all elements of weather
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and demonstrated ability to work independently
- Regularly required to stand and walk. Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat, climb and perform repetitive motion tasks
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds (tools, dyes, paints, etc.)
