Job Summary
Car Key Solutions LLC is looking for an Automotive Key Technician to join our team in Massachusetts. The Technician will be responsible for creating duplicate or replacement keys for automobiles, as well as other related tasks. maintaining and building a productive route. This job is full time, commission only individual contributor role.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a commission only position. Commission will be a percentage of the sales revenue for each week of automotive keys the technician creates/deals. 
Responsibilities
• Assist customers with key duplication and/or replacement needs.
• Program the new key if necessary.
• Diagnose and resolve any other key issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new automobiles and their associated key systems/ mostly learned as you go.
• Create and maintain a quality control plan.
• Conduct inventory and submit needed orders. 
• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Requirements
• Meets state age and driver's license requirements.
• Previous experience as a automotive key technician is a plus but not needed
• Ability to comprehend and implement basic software tools/ will be covered in training.
• Strong knowledge of all current vehicle models and key systems/ will be taught in training and learning as you go.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills. any sales or car sales experience is preferred
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 30lbs.
