Summary:
The Facilities Associate is responsible for providing support to the Facilities and Safety Manager to maintain the grounds and facility operations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with the NFPA, OSHA, DEC, EPA, and other authorities.
- Assist with documenting facilities maintenance and operating records.
- Review inspection reports, help ensure that deficiencies are corrected in a timely manner at CAR-FRESHNER's facilities in Iowa and New York.
- Assist with maintaining campus presence including contracts for landscaping and snow removal at CAR-FRESHNER's facilities in Iowa and New York.
- Assist with managing facilities operating systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire suppression and building security at CAR-FRESHNER's facilities in Iowa and New York.
- Compare quotes and build budgets for various facilities projects.
- Assist in the management and coordination of various projects.
Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree OR 2 years’ experience in a construction or facilities position.
- Experience working in a manufacturing facility advantageous.
Salary: $54,000.00 - $57,000.00
