We are building something great in Newport, RI. At Car Connections, our priority is the customer experience. As as new, growing business, we are looking for great people to join our team.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our sales team. This position will work in our showroom with our sales team and sales manager.

Experience selling cars is not required! Have a huge social media following? Social butterfly? Put it to work for you at Car Connections and earn top tier commissions!

Duties:
- Develop strategies for personal sales performance
- Create relationships with customers
- Assist customers with questions concerning vehicles on the lot and online
- Help schedule and conduct test drives with customers
- Provide a customer experience that goes above and beyond every time

Requirements:
- Sales experience is required but does not have to be car sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with social media (having a large following is a significant plus)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

We offer competitive compensation, including base salary plus a progressive commission pay plan that increases with sales performance. We welcome part-time and full-time candidates and have the potential for growth and advancement.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $26,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
