Nature & Scope: Imagine Staffing is recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager on behalf of our partner, an industry leader in delivering network products and solutions. This position will play a key role in achieving customer acquisition and revenue goals in support of US growth strategies. The Regional Sales Manager will be based in our client’s Denver, CO office; remote work is not an option with this role.

Primary Functions & Responsibilities:
· Manages assigned territory.
· Sells new and existing products, discovers new opportunities, and secures incremental business.
· Consistently performs effective sales calls throughout the assigned territory, closes new business opportunities.
· Develop and grow relationships at the appropriate management level with distributors, resellers, and end-users to leverage lead generation on major accounts.
· Accountable for business performance and hitting all revenue and other performance targets.
· Work effectively within a team environment to maximize revenue potential and ensure customer success.
· Collaboration with Territory Sales Managers; act as a mentor, coach, and lead by example.
· Explores, identifies, and communicates potential opportunities with the Territory Sales Managers.
· Builds on a strong history of networked contacts, expanding company brand recognition.
· Develop and/or modify sales forecasting, goals, performance standards, and measurement criteria for sales.
· Support the development, implementation, and management of account plans that achieve maximum possible revenue generation from new and existing customers through sales of product and services.
· Accountable for all channel partners and end-user sales revenue.
· Establish a list of targeted channel partners and end-users.
· Foster Technology Partner relationships with sales engineers and salespeople.
· Travel up to 2 weeks per month.
Success Expectations:
· On Day 31, you will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in company tools: HubSpot, Sales Navigator, DiscoverOrg, NetSuite, Google Workspace.
· On Day 61, you will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in company processes: Forecasting, Deal Registration, Editing deal stages, Contracts, Partner Portal, Presenting Garland’s value proposition and products, Working and thriving in a team-based environment.
· On Day 91, you will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in your job duties: Prospecting, Managing projects, Building relationships with channel and tech partners, Closing deals, Business Reviews.
Requirements & Qualifications:
· Minimum of 5 years working in sales, preferably in a technology environment.
· Must have computer networking knowledge.
· Must have experience working with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Slides, Sheets).
· Familiarity with HubSpot or a comparable CRM system of maintaining records of outreach and updates with contacts.
· Familiarity with NetSuite, DiscoverOrg, GovSpend.
· Ability to effectively prospect and cold call in a startup territory.
· A measurable, highly successful level of experience selling products, services, and solutions through channel partners and end-users.
· Proven track record leading successful teams, achieving/exceeding individual and team sales goals.
· Must be team-oriented and have strong mentorship skills.
· Strong and persistent drive, with effective negotiating skills and motivated through sales achievement.
· Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced and high growth environment.
· Team player with ability to work under pressure.
· Process driven performer who has an innovative problem-solving approach.
