The Job at a Glance

As an integral part of our rapidly growing team, HVAC Parts Specialists are primarily responsible for answering inbound calls and emails, determining what parts are required, and fulfilling orders while providing an exceptional customer experience! We’re looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented candidate that wants to take their technical skillset to the next level!

A Typical Day

  • Answer inbound calls to assist our external customers with parts identification and ordering
  • Handle emails pertaining to part identification and ordering
  • Research and escalate requests by navigating through BOM’s, equipment manuals, technical diagrams, and parts listings, to identify the correct part number information
  • Log details of each call / email
  • Deliver top-notch customer service by effectively communicating part information in a professional and friendly manner

To Land This Opportunity

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a role that enabled you to be intimately familiar with HVAC parts.
  • You enjoy problem-solving and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You enjoy working with people and take pride in providing an exceptional customer experience
  • You are confident on the phone and have general computer skills
  • You’re an all-star communicator and are fluent in English (both written and verbal). Bonus points If you are bilingual in English & Spanish!
