Position Summary:
This position is for an Independent Contractor (1099) House Cleaner. We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-minded House Cleaner to serve our clientele.
In order to qualify, you must:
*Be authorize to work in united states
*You must be a self employed person and the person that will do the work is you and not nobody else
*You must have your business registrated with the state
*You must have your own general liability insurance
*You must have a valid driver license
*You must have reliable transportation
*You must have a valid car insurance
*You must have proof that you are an excellent cleaner (5 STAR REVIEWS), we don't accept personal references.
*You must be serving other clients and NOT only depending on us for income
*You must be able to send us a invoice in order to get paid
*You must sign our non-soliting agreement
*You must sign our independent contractor agreement
*You must agree to be responsable to pay your own taxes
Florida non-compete agreement and non-soliciting agreement:
Once you get hired you will not be able to compete in the cleaning industry, or work for another cleaning company in 12 months, in the areas we serve. Neither soliciting our costumers.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Melbourne, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: On the road
