We are representing a globally recognized manufacturing organization who is actively seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (Robotic Welding) due to a continued growth.
The Site Maintenance Director is looking to begin the interview process ASAP. Our client is a domestic leader in their space and pride themselves on an outstanding culture predicated on benefits, compensation, and employee satisfaction.
This is a permanent, direct-hire position.
Responsibilities :
- Guide and develop technicians in the integration, start-up and debug of plant floor welding equipment
- Provide support in the analysis and resolution of weld equipment failures.
- Provide general weld support to Assembly Operators.
- Working knowledge of Fanuc and ABB robot programming and general welding maintenance, including cap changes.
- Be familiar with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, AC motors and variable frequency drives
- Controls knowledge including Allen-Bradley, SLC 500 and SLC 5000 family of programmable controllers
- Knowledge of Fanuc and Abb robotics and GMAW welding equipment.
- Familiar with hydraulics and pneumatics.
