Job Title: Commercial HVAC Account Manager

Reports to: President / CEO

Work Hours: M - F, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Some nights and weekends

Position Summary: Manage the sales of the company's services and projects while maintaining client relationships and experience. Develop new business to achieve sales goals while ensuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues. Ensure and deliver a quality product and experience while identifying objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve sales and earnings. Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment, and management of sales personnel.

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, oral & written
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Projects.
• 5 Years' experience in Mechanical Sales and Estimating
• Industry experience with relevance for this position: Retail, Property Management, Hospitality, Lodging, Healthcare, Office / High Rise,
• Manufacturing, Cold Storage
