Capstone is a leading Logistics Company with more than 500 operating sites,14,500 associates, and 60,000 carriers. We specialize in freight management, warehouse opportunities and distribution center support. Ranging from grocery chains, retail chains, and automotive chains. Our high-volume distribution center is looking for hardworking Warehouse Shift Lead to join our team. In this role, your primary task will revolve around unloading trucks, accurate pallet count, and case count.

**Responsibilities:**

* Ability to lead and drive performance by looking for solution to barriers and communicating with partner of opportunities impacting performance

* Inform workers of management conditions of work, rules and regulations guiding the establishment to ensure that they adhere to company policies, and partner with Site Manager for disciplinary actions.

* Make available all work related records such as attendance and efficiency score to management for the purpose of payment and other rewards.

* Give workers detailed feedback on their level of performance most especially when they are not performing up to company expectations, in order for them to sit up and do better

* Inspect and hold accountable all team members for safe work practices while handling equipment

* Step in to resolve conflicts that may arise between workers on site, and exhibit good sense of judgment to ensure that parties involved are treated fairly without bias.

* Keep accurate records of workers performance, trends, and slotting opportunities to increase performance.

* Work as the middleman between management and workers to facilitate good communication and airing of complaints from both parties, and see to it that all issues are sorted out

* Able to work overtime and weekends

**Required Education and Experience:**

* High school diploma or GED certificate preferred

* Leadership experience required

* General warehouse experience (preferred)

* Pallet jack or forklift experience (preferred)
