**Shift:**

1st Shift- 7AM-4PM

**Compensation:**

$18.00

**Role Purpose / Position Summary**

* Lead the production of the area to ensue workflow is maintained.

**Key Accountabilities / Primary Duties & Responsibilities**

* Complete all aspects of a hourly associate at the request of their management

* Complete replenishments on system driven parts

* Maintain legible and accurate records and logs.

* Review documents prepared by members of the work group for accuracy and legibility.

* Monitor performance of associates within the work group.

* Open and/or close and secure the building as directed.

* Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.

* Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.

* Perform additional duties as assigned.

* Assist in managing manpower

* Perform aisle audits for correct pallet placements

**Minimum Knowledge / Skills / Abilities**

* Work under general supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgement.

* Ability to navigate and understand the RF system and screens

* Intermediate working knowledge of the Warehouse Management System

* Good written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules

* Working knowledge of warehouse management system equipment

* Ability to read, understand, and follow directions/instructions

**REQUIREMENTS**

* High School diploma or general education degree (GED)

* Ability to understand any and all safety requirements and regulations (OSHA)

* Ability make decisions in an objective manner

* Organizational, people, and interviewing skills

* Conflict resolution skills

* Staff management; requires flexibility and understanding that all staff may be required to perform duties outside their normal area of expertise to meet the mission and goal of the warehouse.

* Ability to respond to situations in a prompt and professional manner

* Energetic and highly motivated to succeed

* Performing other duties as assigned by Manager

* Adequate attendance at the assigned work facility

* Fluency in English

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**

One-hundred percent of work time is spent in a warehouse where temperatures are hot or cold (seasonally)
