Capstone Homes is the largest, most established residential builder in Northern Arizona and we are looking for an Warranty/Handyman. Applicants should have at least 1-year experience in construction and have handyman skills. Must own a vehicle and be able to work between the hours of 8-5, Monday - Friday. The position is paid hourly, pay based on experience.

All around Handy Man/Laborer

Full-time employment with benefits. Starting pay is negotiable based on experience. Must have a valid driver's license. Dependable vehicle. Professional attire. Shirts are supplied. Basic handyman skills include drywall repairs, caulking, paint, grout touch up, door adjustments, cabinet adjustments, hardware adjustments and job clean-up. Trim carpentry is a plus. Basic computer skills required to update tickets on punchlist manager. Personable and professional communication skills are required.'
