Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Telephone Representative to join our team. As a Telephone Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing excellent customer service, and promoting our products and services. Duties:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services
- Conduct warm calling to engage with customers and build rapport
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Identify sales opportunities and effectively communicate product features and benefits
- Utilize business development strategies to generate leads and expand customer base
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in outbound calling, customer service, or technology sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate in English
- Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
