Caprock Window Cleaning, LLC. is Hiring a Window Cleaning Technician Near Lubbock, TX

Caprock Window Cleaning, LLC. is seeking full time Window Cleaning/Pressure Washing technicians. This position will work as a residential and commercial window cleaning crew and train other crews in the company. We are a growing company with a lot of room to move up.

  • Crews work independently, but within a tight-knit team.
  • Must display excellent face to face customer service inside luxury homes; must be family friendly, positive, meticulous, and a responsible self-manager.
  • The average work week is between 40 and 50 hours per week working Monday-Friday. You will be PAID OVERTIME for anything worked over 40 hours.
  • No experience needed as training will be provided.
  • ALL Employees are evaluated twice a year and are eligible for a pay increase amounting to 3.5%.
  • Paid vacation after 12 months of employment.
  • Health Insurance and 401k with 3% match after 90 days.

Applicant MUST be able to pass a drug test and a background check.

Applicant MUST have valid drivers license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 46 per week
