Overview

Supports and manages successful expense management and tax screen system configuration to optimize system functionality leveraging system’s capabilities. Serves as key technical expert in the management and execution of system configuration for the Finance team. Provides thorough review, analysis, and solutions for system integration, migration and performance to ensure successful functionality to meet clients’ needs. Assists in testing, importing, mapping and implementation of system fields and screens related to expense management and client tax gross-ups. Recommends ongoing improvements and cohesive global internal processes to support improved customer service. Acts as liaison between Expense Management and Payroll Team and IT.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Expense Management and Payroll Team in researching and resolving technical and functional system issues
• Perform scheduled UAT and recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet client requirements and gain efficiencies
• Integrate System Reporting and Mapping to build a highly integrated and automated set of processes according to client’s requirements
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions
• Manage submitted IT tickets to ensure completion
• Provide system testing, including reports, for accuracy
• Map and Configure Client Policies, Tax Policies and other Client Requirements
• Coordination and supervision of 1 to 2 analysts expected within 6 to 12 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree 2-4 years of combined related work experience
• 1-2 years’ experience managing small team
• Experience with Equus preferred
• Experience in Accounting related systems analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and computer skills
• Effective communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing objectives with a focus on prioritization
• Ability to work independently with general guidance
• Ability to collaborate, provide technical support and assist expense management and payroll teams as needed
• Independent thinker, with the ability to brainstorm solutions to meet clients’ needs
