Capline Healthcare Management is Hiring a Dentist Near Hackensack, NJ

Overview:

We are looking for a passionate general dentist to join our non-profit dental office. This excellent opportunity calls for hiring a dynamic dentist who is motivated and dedicated to providing excellent service. As a valued provider, you will have the freedom to practice your preferred style of dentistry while continuing to benefit from the support services provided by Aponte Charity Foundation Inc, allowing you to focus on patient-centric services and clinical excellence.


Primary job responsibilities:

  • Perform General dentistry services for children and adults, including diagnosing and treating diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth, gums, and related oral structures.
  • Examine patients to determine the nature of the condition affecting the patient, utilizing X-rays, dental instruments, and other diagnostic procedures.
  • Clean, fill, extract, and replace teeth using rotary and hand instruments, dental appliances, medications, and surgical implements.
  • Familiar with general dentistry procedures (root canals and crown procedures)
  • Provide preventive dental services & education in oral/dental hygiene.
  • Supervise office staff, including hygienists, dental assistants, receptionists, and other staff.
  • Coordinate laboratory services for the dental office.
  • Adheres to the set safety protocols and processes, including but not limited to ensuring protective equipment is utilized & OSHA/Bloodborne pathogen requirements are followed.
  • Participate in routine office meetings.
  • All other duties and responsibilities are allowed under applicable state laws and regulations.

Educational Requirements:

  • Should be licensed to work in New Jersey, with general dentistry as a field of study.
  • Should hold a valid Dental New Jersey License

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field is preferred

Expected Salary:

  • $800 per day


Job Types
: Full-time, Part-time

Job Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift (9:00am- 6:00pm)
  • 2 days a week as per the candidate's choice
