Job Description/General Duties: Provides positive leadership by an environment of teamwork, open communication and customer service | Establishes and oversees compliance with regulatory and certifying agencies standards | Responsible for human resources processes including interviewing and orientating staff, ongoing performance management and timekeeping/scheduling
Assists with financial management by developing and maintaining budget | Assists in developing policies, procedures and protocols to maintain standards of care and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications: BSN, 3 to 5 years of acute / hospital management experience | Rural Hospital experience is a plus.
Not looking for LTC, SNF or nursing home experience
Current Kansas Registered Nurse license
Preferred Qualifications: Acute Care
License Required: KS
Certificates Required: BLS and ACLS
