Capleo Global is Hiring a RN - PACU/RECOVERY Near Washington, DC
- DC License REQUIRED
- Monitor post-operative patients' levels of recovery and consciousness from anesthesia and provide updates to the medical team as needed.
- Obtain and record patients' vital signs.
- Observe patients for signs of side effects of anesthesia medication.
- Treat pain, nausea, and other post-operative symptoms of anesthesia and administer medication as prescribed.
- Update charting (EMR), patient files, and medical records.
- Educate patients and their families on post-surgery care and answer any questions.
- PALS, NIHSS, BLS & ACLS – Required, CPAN - highly desirable
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state/district - Required
- PACU Experience - Required: 3 Years
