Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator/Help Desk Specialist

Location: Tallahassee, FL 32311 (100% Onsite from Day 1)

Duration: 4 Months Contract (with a possible extension)

Job Description:

Provide technical assistance and customer service.

Attending webinars and training for patient care eligibility.

Acknowledge and complete patient care client applications for enrollment/re-enrollment.

Respond to and complete requests for technical assistance, general inquiries, prescription issues.

Update client records, prescription information, and insurance, after reviewing data systems.

Document all actions pertaining to a client within the client’s profile in the Customer’s Patient

Care’s database systems within 24 hours of receiving help requests.

Review, maintain, and complete at a minimum of 95 percent accuracy of all Patient Care enrollment application requests.

Review and respond to the Customer’s email folder for the Patient Care Program within specified time

Provide programmatic technical assistance.
