Title: LPN Outpatient

Shift: 8am to 4:30pm
Contract: 13 weeks (Temp to Prem)

• Ratios: 1:15
• Long Term and geriatric experience - 1 year
• working with the frail and elderly
• Weekend REQ: Yes (occasionally)
• Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS
• Skills REQ: Experience with patients with Dementia, Alzheimer's, and Substance Abuse.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $40.00 - $44.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
