• EOW weekend required

• Prefers previous SNF/LTC experience and Point Click experience

Salary: $40.00 - $44.00 per hour

• 5x8
• Rotating weekends

Experience:

• LPN: 1 year (Required)
• SNF/LTC: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• LPN (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• Covid vaccine (Preferred)
• Driver's License (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Montour Falls, NY 14865: Relocate before starting work (Required)
