**Description**

PRINCIPAL FUNCTION: Manages contracted foodservice providers (Sublets) within the ballpark

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Act as a liaison between the sublets and Bull City Hospitality

* Coordinate with sublets for their preseason set up and postseason cleanup schedules

* Resolve/adjust staffing needs for the provider in coordination with the staffing coordinator

* Ensure the upkeep of Bull City Hospitality equipment, property, etc in Sublet spaces

* Maintain point of sale hardware and software for use by sublets and provide training as needed

* Generate and provide necessary nightly reports to sublets in a timely manner

* Prepare homestand commission payouts for each sublet to accounting

* Assist in the warehouse area during events to dispatch product around the ballpark

* Build and maintain relationships with sublets

* Coordinate and schedule food trucks for special events

* Act as a liaison for management and workers. Communicate with management and inform them of problems within the stand (or with guests).

* Listen to internal and external guest concerns and issues, resolve those that can be and inform the appropriate supervisor.

* Maintaining compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

* Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

Required:

* Ability to use Microsoft Office program.

* Ability to communicate in writing or verbally and receive the same.

* Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions

* Must work well in a team environment

* Ability to work independently and in a high stress, fast paced environment

* Prior experience in foodservice.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to four (4) hours in length for entire shift. Must be able to frequently to lift and carry up to 50 and occasionally greater. Must be able to go from warm to cold climates (workstation to coolers). Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays. Position is seasonal, January through September

This position is intended as an entry level to gain experience in the food & beverage industry. Upon completion of the season, the sublet trainee will have gained experience in:

* Preparing financial reports

* Working with and scheduling vendors

* Expertise in using all components of Appetize Point of Sale Systems
