Purpose

The Capital Vacations Sales Associate speaks with guests with the intention of either converting guests into Vacation Club Owners or upgrading existing Owners’ Club memberships.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Present and inform the guest on the benefits of vacation ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
• Conduct a sales meeting to discuss guest needs
• Call Manager to present financial options for potential ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
• Initial paid training covering our sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale.
• All other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Sales experience preferred
• Needs to be able to overcome objections and perform within a short sales cycle.
• Must be energetic, outgoing and tenacious.
• Maintain a 10% closing, measured by monthly sales reports

• Shift: Weekends and holidays are required
