Capital Tower and Communications, Inc. based in Waverly Nebraska has been providing nationwide telecommunication site services since 1992. Our team is seeking an experienced Telecommunication Tower Technician / Tophand for a full-time position. Responsibilities

• Work efficiently and effectively with a team to complete structural projects with a high level of detail and timeliness.
• Perform on-site installations, repairs, and modifications.
• Ensure compliance with all company safety requirements, as well as federal and state laws.
• Assist and guide crew members in understanding their tasks and executing them correctly.
• Lead with integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Tower Tech / Tophand.
• Willingness to travel nationwide for up to 6 weeks at a time, followed by 7-10 days off.
• Ability to work at heights and in all weather conditions.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Proficiency in using required tools, equipment, and materials.
• Ability to obtain certifications such as CPR/First Aid AED, OSHA 10, RF Radiation Safety & Awareness, and Authorized Climber/Rescue.
• Pass pre-employment tests, including drug test, background check, physical examination, and certification training.

Compensation

Starting Pay: $65,000 a year, determined by experience. Annual performance bonuses available.
