Capital Search Group is Hiring a Controller Near Oxford, GA
Our client, a $20M PE backed Oxford, GA area manufacturer seeks a Controller to lead the accounting and finance functions and manage a small team. The Controller reports directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities include Month End Close, G/L, Reporting, Accounting Operations, Payroll, Budgeting Forecasting, Cash Flow Analysis & Tax.
MUST have BS in Accounting and several years of accounting experience within the manufacturing industry or any industry that involves inventory accounting. Small to mid-size company experience is highly desireable.
Compensation is up to $150K 30% bonus. 100% paid healthcare for employee and family!
The role is hybrid with 4 days/week in office.
