We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to meet the companies’ hiring needs in multiple different areas of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Hiring and screening for multiple positions (Sales, Laborers, Corporate roles, etc.)
  • Posting and reviewing job postings on hiring sites
  • Contacting qualified candidates to discuss job requirements and qualifications
  • Arranging for hiring managers to meet with candidates as well for further screening
  • Collecting hiring paperwork
  • Running background and references checks

Requirements:

  • Previous recruiting experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
