We're offering a fantastic chance to break into the world of real estate! We're seeking a full-time Property Dispositions Agent to join our experienced and growing Investment Team. Our busy company is on the upswing, and we're looking for a motivated individual who's ready to work hard and achieve success. With over 10 years in the business, we're an established presence in the industry.

As a Property Dispositions Agent, your primary role will be to sell distressed off-market properties to real estate investors across the country. The position is mostly phone-based, and you'll be responsible for a diverse set of daily tasks, including managing client needs and completing transaction requirements such as sending contracts. You'll be reaching out to existing clients and building new relationships to sell the properties we have under contract. Your earning potential is unlimited, and we'll provide you with all the tools you need to succeed if you join our team.

Responsibilities

● Calling investors in a local market to present our investment deals

● Coordinate Property Showings

● Draft Contracts and Addendum

● Answer Questions Regarding the Physical and Financial Status of Several Properties

● Schedule Various Meetings and Organize Attendees

● Juggle Multiple Tasks, Properties, and Clients at Once

● Keep Communication Open, Always Available and Aware

● Analyze Client’s Needs and Match them to Specific Properties

● Track Tasks for Properties from Purchase to Close

Qualifications

● Professional in attitude and appearance.

● Must have excellent people skills and possess the ability to connect and communicate with a variety of personalities, in person and over the phone.

● Must be a team player who thrives working with an energetic tight-knit company while remaining ambitious and self-motivated.

● Ability to quickly learn and utilize real estate specific CRM and marketing technologies.

● Working knowledge of real estate transactions is a plus but you do NOTneed to be a licensed realtor.

Compensation

$2,000 / mo commission

If you can hit the minimum benchmarks in this position you will make $50,000 - $75,000. Making $100,000 per year is not out of the ordinary. There is also the opportunity to advance and lead your own team!

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
