Capital Property Solutions is looking for an Experienced Technician to join our growing Apartment and Light Commercial Maintenance team. Skills we are looking for;

4 years experience as a maintenance technician.

Proficient knowledge of general maintenance and repair.

HVAC experience and EPA Certification desired.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Applicants need to;

Be self-starting and able to work without direct supervision.

Be able to communicate in a professional manner.

Be able to pass a security background check.

Have a good driving record and valid license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
