Customer Service Advisor - Nights

The role
You’ll be the first point of contact for small business owners all over the UK and US. Our customers can get in touch via various channels such as telephony, emails and live chat. Our customers are trying to build their businesses, and we are there to support them every step of the way. You’ll solve problems, fix things that aren’t working for them, and give them a leg up when they need it. We thrive from customer feedback to pilot new ideas, you’ll need to listen to our customers and understand from them how we can build a better business.
Our shift patterns are 6pm-6am and 8pm-8am and you get 7 days off every 4 weeks! Our rota is on a four-week cycle which looks like:

4 shifts on, 3 days off | 3 shifts on, 1 day off, 3 shifts on | 3 days off, 4 shifts on | 7 days off |
Interview process
The initial call will be our values based interview with a member of the Talent Team. If you're successful we'll invite you to our assessment day which is being held in our office on Wednesday 24th April, 10am-2pm. Please apply today as we are moving very quickly with this role. Training
Your first 6 weeks will be training, between the hours of 9am-8pm Monday-Friday. This will be a mixture of classroom based training, buddying and training as you go.
